This is a pre-order item. Estimated delivery time is 18–22 working days from the date your order is confirmed.

Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally be affected due to airline operations, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

A PKR 5,000 advance payment is mandatory to confirm your pre-order. The remaining balance can be paid after the item arrives in Pakistan or via Cash on Delivery (COD). Please note that a 5.5% tax applies to all COD parcels.

For your convenience, a member of our team will personally contact you to guide you through the advance payment process and confirm your order details.

To ensure complete customer satisfaction, once your order has been produced by the factory, a factory preview video of your item will be shared with you before it is shipped to Pakistan. This allows you to verify that the product matches your order. If you notice any issue or are not satisfied at this stage, you may request to cancel your order before international shipping begins.

Once the item has been dispatched to Pakistan, the order becomes final and is not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or refund.
