All pre-order items are delivered within 18 to 22 working days. This timeline begins once your order is confirmed after receipt of the advance payment.

In-Stock Items
For items available in stock, delivery will be completed within 3 to 4 working days.

Exchange & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Exchange / Refund
* Exchange or refund is only applicable on in-stock items
* The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging intact
* The request must be made within 3 days of delivery
Exchange Process
* Customers are required to bear the exchange shipping charges
* Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed accordingly
